How can I become a member. Are there any restrictions?

You can register by visiting the Registration page. You must be at least 18 years old to be able to registers. Residents of the United States and Turkey are not allowed to register due to laws in those country. Residents of Estonia must be at least 21 years old to be able to register.

Also, each person can only register for one account, multiple accounts are not permitted and may be closed if identified as such.

How can I deposit money? What are the limits?

We accept payments through a variety of methods such credit cards, wire tranfers, bank transfers, checks etc. The minimum deposit for all methods is €10, except for bank transfers which is €20.

Can I withdraw my bonus? Is it immediately available to me?

You can never withdraw a bonus, you can only bet with your bonus and withdraw your winnings. Additionally most bonuses given (unless specified otherwise) can be claimed at a rate of 10%. This means that the bonus is not in the customer's balance and cannot be used until claimed. For each bet placed 10% of the value of the stake is released from unclaimed bonus into the customer's balance. For example if a customer has an unclaimed bonus of €10.00 and plays a game where the stake is €20.00 then €2.00 is released from the unclaimed bonus into the customer's balance to be used for playing and the unclaimed bonus becomes €8.00.

Is it secure? Is my credit card at risk?

We value security above all. All private data is transmitted securely over SSL (secure socket layer). You can safely use your credit card on our website. We do not actually record or even see your credit card number or details ourselves. The credit card transactions are handled, through our website, by the APCO servers (Apco Ltd). Apco is a trusted and certified payment gateway based in Malta that handles transactions for several companies and offers many features for secure and fraud free transactions.

Is the game fair?

We take all measures necessary to provide secure and fair games. We are monitored and controlled by the (LGA, the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority. The LGA has approved and will monitor our high standard Random Number Generator.

The games are always between real people and we do not have a stake in the outcome of the game, we only charge service fees.

What happens if I lose my connection while playing or other players leave the game?

If a player chooses to leave the game or has lost their connection and have not been able to log back in during the 2.5 minutes allowed then a computer player takes over until the game is finished. A player cannot be considered a winner unless they maintain a connection for the entire length of the game.

If the computer that replaced a player wins the game then that player is refunded their stake and do not lose. If the computer loses then that player forfeits their stake. If there is not a still connected player among the winners then the game is considered void and all stake is refunded. If one winner is still connected by the partner has lost their connection the still connected player receives double the winnings and the disconnected player is refunded their stake.

Can I play just for fun?

Yes, there are some fun rooms where you can play for fun rank point without having to deposit or bet any money.
